Powers of Chairperson.—The Chairperson shall have the powers of general superintendence, administration and control in respect of all administrative matters of the Authority: Provided that the Chairperson may delegate such of his powers relating to administrative matters of the Authority, in the manner as he may deems fit, to the Vice-Chairperson or in his absence to any other member.
