The Authority may, with the approval of the State Government, by notification in the Official Gazette make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder to carry out the provisions of this Act, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for,- (a) procedure for general administration matters of the Authority and terms and conditions of appointment of officers, experts, professionals and supporting staff of the Authority under Section 8; (b) procedure for the meeting of the Authority under Section 9; (c) procedure to be followed by the committee constituted under Section 10 and all other matters relating to the committee; (d) salaries, allowances, gratuities and conditions of service of the officers and employees of the Authority and disciplinary matters relating to them; (e) the procedure for entering into contracts and arrangements by the Authority under Section 16; (f) any other matter which is required to be, or may be, prescribed by regulations.
