(1) Whoever fails to comply with the provisions of this Act, rules or regulations made thereunder may on conviction, be punishable with fine, which may extend to ten thousand rupees. (2) Any person who violates the provisions of the Comprehensive Mobility Plan prepared under this Act may, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
