Reservation of seats.—In the admission to private medical educational institutions, other than the minority educational institutions referred to in clause (1) of Article 30 of the Constitution of India, there shall be reservation of seats at the stage of admission for the students belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes, in such manner as may be prescribed by the Government.
