Control over fishing vessels.—(1) Every fishing vessel plying within the non-major ports, including channels and basins thereof, shall be subject to the general control of the Board in the manner as may be prescribed. (2). The Board shall take all possible steps to give warnings of danger that may occur within the jurisdiction of the Board.
