(1) The Government may, by [Order], appoint the Chief Executive Officer of the Board. (2) The qualification, salary, allowances, other conditions of service etc. of the Chief Executive Officer shall be such as may be prescribed. Substituted by Act 16 of 2022 published in K. G.
