(1) All offences under this Act shall be investigated, inquired into, tried and dealt with otherwise according to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974). (2) No Court shall take cognizance of an offence under this Act except on a report in writing by the Chief Executive Officer.
