Salary, etc., of Special Officer.-The Government may direct that such port10n of the salary and allowances of the Special Officer appomted under sub-sectiOn (1) of section 2, a~ may be pre- scribed by rulea made by the Government, may bo pa1d from the district fund constituted under section 114 of the prmcipal Act.
