(1) The Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, if any, and the members of the Senate, the Syndicate and the Academic Council; for the time being, shall constitute a body corporated by the name of the Mahatma Gandhi University. (2) The headquarters of the University shall be at Kottayam. (3) The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall sue and be sued by the said name.
