(1) There shall be a Dean of students who shall be nominated by the Chancellor in consultation with the Vice Chancellor from among the students. (2) The Dean of students shall hold office for a period of two years from the date of nomination and shall be eligible for renomination. (3) The Dean of students shall have such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
