(1) The Senate shall meet at least once in four months on dates to be fixed by the Vice Chancellor and one of such meetings shall be called the annual meeting. (2) One-fifth of the total number of members of the Senate shall be the quorum for a meeting of the Senate: [x x x x] (3) The Vice-Chancellor may, whenever he thinks fit and shall, within thirty days of the receipt of a requisition in writing signed by not less than one-fourth of the total number of members of the Senate convene a special meeting of the Senate. (4) When a special meeting is convened on requisition, no subject other than that shown in the requisition shall be considered at the meeting. Omitted by Act 12 of 1988.
