In regard to bye-laws made by a local authority under Sections 131 and 132, the following provisions shall apply, namely:-- (a) In case the local authority is the Corporation of Madras, Sections 352, 353, 354 and 356 of the Madras City Municipal Act, 1919; (b) in case the local authority is a municipality constituted under the Madras District Municipalities Act, 1920, Sections 309, 310 and 311 of that Act; [x x x x] (c) in case the local authority is a [local board]A constituted under the Madras Local Boards Act, 1920, Sections 204, 205 and 205-A of that Act.
