When the registered keeper of a lodging house is convicted of an offence under this Chapter or under Section 64 or a rule or bye-law applicable to him made under this Act, the Court by which he is convicted may cancel his registration as a lodging house keeper and may order that he be disqualified for such period as the Court thinks fit for being again registered as such keeper.
