Any person aggrieved by an order under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 or under sub-section (2) of that section in regard to the sanction or permission referred to in that clause or sub-section may, within two months of the receipts of such order, prefer an appeal in writing to the 12A[State] Government. The 12A[State] Government shall pass such orders on the appeal as they may think fit. Substituted for the word "Provincial" by the Adaptation Order of 1950.
