(1) The Board shall have the power to assume the direct management of any religious institution provided the trustees request the Board to take over its management unconditionally. (2) The Board shall have the power to fix and regulate the service conditions and pay structure of the Officers and Employees of the temples from time to time and to supervise its implementation. (3) The Board may maintain a Welfare Fund Scheme for the benefit of the Officers and employees of the temples in the manner as may be prescribed.
