Section 7J

Meetings of the Board

(1) Meetings of the Board shall be convened by the Secretary of the Board on the direction of the President. (2) Meetings of the Board shall be presided over by the President and in his absence by a member chosen by the members present from among themselves. (3) The quorum for a meeting shall be five. (4) In case of difference of opinion among the members, decisions shall be taken by a majority of votes, and where the votes are equally divided the President or the person presiding shall have and exercise a casting vote. (5) The Secretary shall keep the minutes of the proceedings of each meeting in a book to be kept for the purpose which shall be signed by the President or the person presiding and the members present at such meeting.
