Section 66

Appointment of Salaried Executive Officer

(1) For every institution notified under this Chapter, the Commissioner shall as soon as may be appoint a salaried executive officer, who shall be a person professing the Hindu religion. (2) The salary and allowances of the executive officer, as determined by the Commissioner, shall be paid from the funds of the religious institution.
