[The President, Member of the Board or of the Area Committee or of the Temple Advisory Committee, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner and every other person exercising the powers of superintendence or control or advice] under this Act, shall so far as may be, observe forms and ceremonies appropriate to the religious institution in respect of which such powers are exercised and in the case of a math, act in conformity with the usages of a math in his dealings with the head of the math.] Substituted by Act 31 of 2008.
