[Temple Advisory Committees

(1) For the purpose of ensuring the adequate participation of Hindu devotees, a committee may be constituted for each temple in the name "(name of the temple) Temple Advisory Committee", not inconsistent with the existing custom and practices. (2) The Temple Advisory Committees formed under sub-section (1) shall be approved by the Board. (3) The composition of a Temple Advisory Committee under sub-section (1) shall be in such manner, as may be prescribed.] Substituted by Act 31 of 2008
