Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Local Self Government Common Service Act, 2022. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 31st day of March, 2022. * Received the assent of the Governor on the 20 th day of September, 2022 and published in the Kerala Extraordinary Gazette No. 3260 dated 23 rd September, 2022 .
