Power of audit of accounts of certain authorities, bodies, institutions or funds.—The Director may, with the previous sanction of the Government, and without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1) . of section 4, audit the accounts of any authority, body, institution or fund not included in the Sche- dule subject to such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the Director and the person responsible for the administration of such authority, body, institution or fund.
