Right to employ workers of one’s own choice.—Notwithstanding anything contained in the Kerala Headload Workers Act, 1978 (Act 20 of 1980) an employer shall have the right to carry out loading and unloading work for domestic purposes by himself or by employing the workers of his own choice.
