Quality control.—(1) All livestock feed, poultry feed and mineral mixture shall conform the standards and specifications as fixed by the regulation. (2) The manufacturer of livestock feed, poultry feed and mineral mixture shall ensure that the bag of such feed or mineral mixture or the label of packing shall include the details in a clear legible manner which are fixed by regulation.
