Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the members of the State Feed Quality Consultative Committee, Licensing Authority, the Feed Safety Enforcement Officer, the Feed Safety Assurance Officer or the Authorised Officer for anything done or action taken or any act done in good faith under this Act. 20 This is a digitally signed Gazette.
