Appeal.—(1) Any person aggrieved by an order imposing penalty under clauses (a), (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 20, may within thirty days of passing of such order, prefer an appeal before State Feed Quality Consultative Committee. (2) An appeal filed under sub-section (1) shall be disposed of within sixty days from the date of receipt of the appeal after affording a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the parties concerned.
