Confiscation and disposal by Feed Safety Assurance Officer.—Whenever the manufacture, storage, distribution or sale of livestock feed, poultry feed or mineral mixture which are having no license, adulterated, substandard, misbranded is found out by the Feed Safety Assurance Officer or an authorised officer, such livestock feed, poultry feed or mineral mixture shall immediatly be seized and disposed of in the prescribed manner after intimating the Feed Safety Enforcement Officer and the expenses so incurred shall be realized from the person from whom such seizure is made or the licensee, as the case may be.
