Maintenance of records.—The person holding a license for manufacture or sale of livestock feed, poultry feed or mineral mixture shall maintain such records relating to his business including the raw materials procured by him, quantity and quality of feed purchased and sold, materials produced and prepared for sale in the prescribed manner.
