(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Collector under this Order may prefer an appeal to the Board of Revenue within thirty days from the date of receipt of the order. (2) Every appeal preferred under sub-clause (1) shall be accompanied by the order appealed against or a certified copy of it. (3) The Board of Revenue shall, after giving an opportunity to the appellant to be heard, dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible.
