Cert4in Odach~trthudars and persons claimint under Odacharthudars to be deemed tmants.-Notw1thstanding anythmg to the contrary contained in any law or in any contract, custom or usage, or in any judgment, decree or order of court,- (i) an odacharthudar; or (ii) a person claiming under an odacharthudar, who was actually cultivating on the 11th day of April, 195 7 and was continuing to cultivate at the commencement of this Act, the land or any portion of the land to which the odacharthu relates, s~all be deemed to be a tenant in respect of the land or the portion of the land so cultivated.
