Excluston of certain lands from lzability to fatr rent.-Notwith- standing anything contained in section 27, where any land included in a holdmg is set apart for communal purposes, and IS used for such purposes, the extent of the land so set apart shall not be taken into account when determmmg the fair rent of the holding in accordance with that section.
