Penalty for contraventiOn of any lawful order .-If any person wilfully contravenes any lawful order pas~ed under th1s Act or obstructs any person from lawfully takmg possession of any land under any of the provisions of th1s Act, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
