Prices publzshed under sect10n 43 to be deemed to be market rates.- If, for the purposes of this Act, the price of any commodity referred to in section 43 has to be commuted into money at the market rate for any date, such commutation shall be made at the price of that com- modity published by the District Collector under the sa1d section for the relevant quarter.
