Any person who does not possess any land or possesses only less than [one acre] of land in extent may apply to the Land Board for assignment on registry of lands to him. Substituted by Act 35 of 1969, published in K.G.Ext. No. 295 dt. 17/12/1969, for "five acres" (w.e.f. 01/01/1970).
