The purchase price determined under section 72F shall be payable in sixteen equal annual instalments: Provided that it shall be open to the cultivating tenant to, pay the purchase price in a lump, in which case the amount payable shall be only seventy five per cent of the purchase price: Provided further that the cultivating tenant shall exercise his option to pay the purchase price in a lump before the date of the order under sub-section (5) of section 72F, and such option shall be final.] Substituted by Act 35 of 1969.
