(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act the costs of and incident to all proceedings before the Land Tribunal [or the appellate authority] shall be in its discretion and it shall have full power to determine by whom or out of what property and to what extent such costs are to be paid and to give all necessary directions for the purposes aforesaid. The fact that any proceeding before the Land Tribunal [or the appellate authority] is without jurisdiction shall be no bar to the exercise of such powers. [(2) An order passed by the Land Tribunal or the appellate authority in exercise of the powers vested in it under sub-section (1) may be executed by it in such manner as may be prescribed]. Inserted by Act 35 of 1969. Substituted Act 35 of 1969, published in K.G.Ext. No. 295 dt. 17/12/1969 (w.e.f. 01/01/1970). Prior to the substitution it read as: "(2) An order passed by the Land Tribunal in exercise of the powers vested in it under sub-section (1) may be executed through the Court as if the order were a decree passed by it".
