(1) If the Government are of the opinion that a Taluk Land Board is not functioning satisfactorily or in accordance with the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by notification in the Gazette, dissolve the Board after giving it an opportunity of showing cause against the proposed dissolution. (2) As soon as may be after the dissolution of a Taluk Land Board under sub-section (1), the Government shall constitute a new Taluk land Board in accordance with the provisions of section 100A, and until such constitution, the Land Board shall exercise the powers and perform the functions of the Taluk Land Board.] Inserted by Act 17 of 1972 dt. 02/11/1972.
