(1) The scheme as decided to be executed by the Corporation or as sanctioned by the Government shall be published at the places referred to in sub-section (1) of Section 5. (2) A general notice specifying the places at which the scheme has been published and intimating the public that the same may be inspected at those places free of charge shall also be published in a newspaper which, in the opinion of the Corporation, has the widest circulation in the locality. (3) The publication of the scheme under sub-section (1) and the publication of the notice under sub-section (2) shall be conclusive evidence that the scheme has been duly framed.
