(1) No suit or other proceeding shall lie against the 22B[x x x x] District Committee for any act done or purporting to be done under this Act or any rule made thereunder. (2) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall instituted against any public servant or person duly authorised under this Act in respect of anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder. (3) No suit or prosecution shall be instituted against any public servant or person duly authorised under this Act in respect of anything done or intended to be done under this Act unless the suit or prosecution has been instituted within six months from the date of the act complained of.
