Finance O/jIcer.-( I) The Board shall have a Finance Officer appointed by the Government by notification in the Gazette. The Finance Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed. The conditions of appointment and service and the scale of pay of the Finance Officer shall be such as may he prescribed.
