General effect of vesting.—(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any judgment, decree or order of any Court or in any contract or other arrangement in so far as it relates to the historic site of Kovalam Palace in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been terminated on such commencement.
