Rules.-(1) The Government may, by nottficatwn 111 the Gazette, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular, and without preJudice to the generality 1 ,f the foregomg power, such rules may provide for- ( a) the mann€r of exercise of control by the Committee over the actwns of the Admm1st1 <•tor , (b) :the grant of travellmg or da1ly allowances to the members of the Committee , (c) the performance of duties by the Committee under fectwn 10 and the mode and extent of expenditure under sectiOn 23, (d) the conditions of service of the Admmistrator, (e) the pubhcahon of the admm1stratwn report under sertwn 13 , (f) the custody of the records and properties of the Devaswom, (g) the payment of contnbutions towards the l~ave allowances , penswn and provident fund of the Adm1mstrator , -- -------------------- -+ ' ...
