Incorporation.—(1) The administration, control and management of the Devaswom shall be vested in a Committee constituted in the manner hereinafter provided. (2) Committee shall be known by the name the "Koodalmanickam Devaswom Managing Committee" and shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued, through the Administrator.
