Transfer not to be registered except on production of Kisan Pass Book.— (1) No transfer made by the holder of a Kisan Pass Book in respect of any land specified in such Kisan Pass Book or any interest therein or any crop standing thereon shall be registered by the Sub-Registrar, unless the Kisan Pass Book is produced before him, and on production thereof, he shall incorporate therein the particulars of the transfer registered by him, in such form and in such manner, as may be prescribed. (2) Any transfer effected in contravention of this section shall be void.
