Preparation and submission of Annual Programme -(1) In each year on or before such date as may be fixed by the Government, the Board shall prepare and 3[forward to the Government and the District Planning Committee constituted under Section 53 of the Kerala Municipality Act 1994 (20 of 1994) a programme of work.] (2) The programme shall contain - (a) such particulars of the scheme which the Board proposes to execute, whether in part or whole, during the next year; (b) particulars of any work or undertaking which the Board proposes to organize during the next year for the purposes of carrying out its functions under this Act; and (c) such other particulars as may be prescribed. 4 [(3) The District Planning Committee shall within one month from the date of receipt of the programme of work from the Board forward the same to the Government with its recommendations.] ____________________________________________________________________________________ 1.Inserted by Act No.17 of 1975
