221 Judges on appeals from the decnsions of the Courts of Sub~ ordmate Judges Invested Wth the Jurlsdlctlon of a Land Acquxsltion Court under the Kerala Land Acqutsitlon A.c1:, 1961 (21 of 1962), in references under that Act, mstituted in the said Courts instead of in the ngh Court, shall be deemed to have been taken, passed or done in accordance wrth law and shall not be deemed to be Invalid or ever to have been invalid merely on the ground that the sad Courts had no jurisdictlon to entertain such appeals.
