(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, in accordance with the occasion do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act and which are considered necessary for the purpose of removing such difficulties: Provided that no such order shall be passed after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act. (2) Every order passed under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the first session of the Legislative Assembly after the order is passed.
