Whoever, having been convicted by Court, of an offence punishable under this Act, again commits the same offence, shall be punishable by giving every such offence with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, but shall not be less than one month or with fine which may extend to twenty five thousand rupees but shall not be less than ten thousand rupees or with both.
