No action to lie agaznst Government or an Officer.-( l) No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government for any act done or purporting to be done under this Act. (2) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be insti- tuted against any officer or person duly authorised under this Act in respect of anythmg in good fatth done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
