No person shall use explosive or poison or pass electricity in a way which may destroy the fish wealth in any water body or in aquaculture region: Provided that this section shall not apply to the controlled use of poisons or other botanical substances during the preparation of farms for stocking fish seeds as part of aquaculture activities.
