Members of Board etc..to be public servants. —Every member of the Board, *Executive Committee, Fund Trustee and Advisory Commission the Fund Manager and staff of the Board appointed under sub-section (1) of section 10 shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act 45 of 1860).
